Still

Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 21, 2026

Still was built around a simple idea: private support should feel private. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, how Still handles information with care.

What Still sees

Still may process what you type, the preferences you choose, the sessions you save on your device, your reminder settings, and any support message you send us. We try to keep this as limited as possible.

What stays on your device

Your saved history, streaks, favorites, preferences, and reminder settings stay on your device. They are not used to build an advertising profile, and they are not sold.

Private handling first

Still starts by handling your input on your device first. Before a session is generated, the app may shorten, soften, or reshape what you wrote so the cloud side is working from a simpler request. In plain English: what a cloud provider sees is usually more like a focused session request than the full feeling-rich version you may have typed into the prompt box, although some requests may still include prompt text needed to create the session you asked for.

When Still generates a session

When Still creates a session or media for you, it sends the request information needed to do that job to Still's backend and the generation providers used for narration or visuals. Some operational data, including session, streaming, and media-job records, may be kept for a limited time to make the service work, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot reliability.

Advertising and tracking

Still does not sell your data. Still does not share your data with third parties for advertising, ad targeting, or cross-app tracking. Your information is used to run the app, create the session you asked for, and keep the service reliable and secure.

App identifiers

Still may use a private session token and a random app installation identifier to keep the service running smoothly. These are not meant to identify you by name, but they may be used to recognize the same app installation over time.

Notifications

If you turn on reminders, Still schedules those notifications on your device. Reminder content is not shared for advertising or tracking.

Analytics

Still is designed to keep analytics to a minimum. If that changes in a meaningful way, this policy will be updated first. That would not change our commitment not to sell your data or use it for advertising or tracking.

How long information stays around

Local data stays on your device until you remove it or delete the app, subject to your device backup settings. Backend session, rate-limit, streaming, and media-job records may be retained for limited periods based on operational needs and service settings, then deleted in the normal course of service maintenance.

Children

Still is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Your choices

You can choose whether to enable reminders and whether to purchase a subscription. When you ask Still to generate a session or media, Still uses cloud processing to create it, while continuing to keep your saved history on your device.
