These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Still.
Use of the service
You may use Still only in compliance with applicable law. You may not misuse the service, attempt to interfere with its operation, or access it using unauthorized methods.
Health disclaimer
Still provides wellness and meditation support only. It is not medical advice, mental health treatment, crisis care, or emergency response. If you believe you may be in danger or need urgent support, call emergency services or contact a local crisis resource immediately.
Subscriptions
Still may offer auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple’s App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Free trials
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Intellectual property
Still, its design, software, and content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Acceptable use
You may not use Still to upload unlawful material, infringe the rights of others, reverse engineer the service except where allowed by law, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Still is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if necessary to protect the service, other users, or applicable law.
